Nestled in the heart of the maquis and just 5 minutes from Palombaggia beach, this 120 m² shepherd’s house (bergerie) includes a bedroom with en-suite bathroom (shower and WC) in the main bergerie, an open-plan dining room, kitchen, and living room, along with two additional bedrooms, each with a shower and WC, in separate independent bergeries.

Outside, enjoy a swimming pool and terrace on a private plot with no overlooking neighbors. Bed linen (excluding beach towels) is included in the rental.

Accommodating up to 6 people, these bergeries, located only 5 minutes from the beach, include:

In the main bergerie:

A spacious living area with a fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, etc.), a dining area, and a lounge with TV and air conditioning.
A large bedroom (160 cm bed) with wardrobes and en-suite bathroom with shower and WC.
A laundry area.
In the second bergerie:

An air-conditioned bedroom (140 cm bed) with wardrobes, shower, and WC.
In the third bergerie:

An air-conditioned bedroom (140 cm bed) with wardrobes, shower, and WC.
The villa is air-conditioned and has Wi-Fi internet access.

Bed linen is included in the rental price.

A private parking space is also available.

Small dogs are welcome.

There is also an option to rent the two independent bedrooms per night from April 26 to May 11 at a rate of €95 per night per room, without breakfast.
