The spacious and bright living room, thanks to its large bay windows, opens onto a large terrace with a barbecue, perfect for al fresco dining, sun loungers, and garden furniture for relaxing and enjoying time with friends and family. One of the villa's highlights is its private, heated swimming pool (before June 30th and after August 31st), secured by an electric cover, providing a pleasant swimming experience every day. The villa also features air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and secure private parking for several vehicles.
